About us
"More women in top positions."
That was the driving force in 2010 when Elles van Teylingen founded Women in Sales. She noticed that relatively few women were advancing to or being hired for top positions. Additionally, the female sales talent pool was limited, with the focus primarily on diversity within C-level and board positions.
In 2020, we expanded with multiple labels, including Women in Finance, Women in Technics, Women in Welding, and Women in Consultancy.
The use of balanced teams is now more relevant than ever. Numerous studies show that a balanced team performs better and increases profitability. We achieve this by addressing business-economic challenges and determining the best approaches.
Balanced teams are better aligned with customer needs, have a deeper understanding of markets, and achieve a higher market share.
